A REVOLUTIONARY NEW VISION FOR NEW YORK

New York is at a crossroads and I am excited to announce my candidacy for the position of the 58th Governor of New York in 2026. This initiative represents a New York Revolution aimed at liberating our state from the grip of corrupt career politicians who resort to deceit for electoral gain. The hardworking citizens of New York deserve a fulfilling life, and I am dedicated to making that a reality. I will outline my vision for the state and invite you to join my movement for radical change.

My mission is to reclaim power from career politicians and restore it to the people. These politicians have contributed to our current challenges, and it is time for a transformative shift. I will implement historic tax reductions, eliminate waste and fraud, and ensure that your hard-earned money is allocated solely for essential government services.

We will reform the criminal justice system and put an end to divisive politics. It is crucial to unite New York, support one another, and halt the trend of mass migrations to Florida. How many individuals do you know who can no longer afford to live here? This situation will change under my plan.

We will eliminate the income tax to prevent double taxation and achieve the lowest tax burden in decades. We will put an end to unnecessary spending and fraud, creating a streamlined, efficient government that cuts through bureaucratic obstacles.

Say farewell to selective tax incentives and welcome a more equitable system for all. We will address hidden taxes, such as vehicle registration and inspection fees, aiming to reduce or eliminate them entirely. My comprehensive economic strategy is founded on the principles of deregulation, transparency, and efficiency (aka fiscal responsibility).

Construction materials will be exempt from taxes and permit regulations will be streamlined, which will lower housing costs and facilitate the development of beautiful, affordable homes throughout the state.

We will initiate significant education reform, ensuring that every child has access to quality education. This is one budget area that will remain protected from cuts. We will invest in our schools and guarantee that local districts receive the necessary funding to flourish. As a proud member of the NYS PTA, I will advocate tirelessly for our children.

Additionally, we will establish a volunteer committee to enhance male participation in education, as every child deserves support from both parents.

We need to tackle the unfunded mandates originating from Albany, such as the requirement for electric school buses, which poses a significant risk to our districts' financial stability. This arbitrary timeline could compel schools to eliminate essential programs, including sports and music.

Ensuring school safety is our top priority. Each district's security strategy will undergo thorough evaluation, and we will act promptly to implement necessary enhancements. It is crucial that no school remains susceptible to potential threats. Additionally, we will explore the possibility of making cybersecurity education a requirement in high schools to safeguard our students against scams.

Moreover, we must emphasize the significance of nutrition. Free breakfast and lunch programs will continue to be available for all elementary students, and no child will be mandated to wear a mask in schools during future health crises. Together, we can foster a safer and more equitable educational environment for future generations.

Healthcare reform is set to take place under my watch. We will collaborate with various companies to reduce the costs associated with health insurance and prescription medications. As the parent to a toddler, it is unacceptable that a simple visit to a pediatrician can incur a charge of $500. We are dedicated to ensuring that healthcare is both affordable and accessible for all.

There will be no statewide mandates that infringe upon your personal choices, particularly regarding vaccinations. Your individual decisions are important, and no one should face job loss due to them. Parents will have the authority to determine what is best for their children.

We are committed to ensuring that our veterans receive the care they rightfully deserve, irrespective of their financial situation. Coverage will be provided for combat-related injuries, and every veteran will have access to a complimentary audiology examination. Additionally, we will investigate the potential of zero-cost psychedelic therapies to enhance mental health support.

Transparency in pricing is a priority. All medical services and prescriptions will be clearly outlined, eliminating the challenges associated with out-of-network providers.

Furthermore, we will address the rising costs of veterinary care, facilitating the adoption of pets that contribute positively to our lives and mental health.

New York is poised for a significant infrastructure overhaul. We have witnessed the deterioration of our bridges and the prevalence of potholes, but this will change when I assume the role of governor. We will dedicate resources to infrastructure enhancements that will not only repair our roads but also establish domestic abuse shelters and advanced hospitals, generating employment opportunities for New Yorkers. Envision a new stadium that could welcome the Jets or Giants back home!

Moreover, we are expanding the network of electric vehicle charging stations throughout the state—not to mandate a shift to electric vehicles, but to facilitate the transition for those who choose to do so. Over time, we anticipate a natural evolution in the market.

Let us discuss the topic of construction. Whether it pertains to commercial or residential projects, we are poised to welcome a surge of new developments. In an effort to reduce housing costs, we will exempt construction raw materials from sales tax and minimize the permit obstacles. This initiative will pave the way for the creation of beautiful and affordable housing throughout New York. Together, we are shaping a promising future.

As I prepare to assume the role of governor, addressing traffic congestion will be among our highest priorities. We recognize that time equates to money, and traffic delays squander both. Simply increasing tolls is not a viable solution; we must adopt more intelligent strategies.

To begin, we will implement stringent penalties for reckless driving that leads to accidents. Responsible drivers need not be concerned. Additionally, we will permit all vehicles, including school buses, to make right turns on red where it is safe to do so, fostering trust in drivers' judgment.

We will also eliminate unnecessary stops at railroad crossings for buses—if semi-trucks can navigate safely, so can they. Red light camera programs will be terminated, as they tend to increase accidents and instill fear.

Our approach will involve keeping police active rather than stationary on highways, thereby minimizing unnecessary delays. Furthermore, we will promote remote work one day a week to alleviate congestion and enhance work-life balance.

Protesters obstructing traffic will incur fines—while we value freedom of speech, it should not come at the expense of others. We will also revise speed limits to align with modern vehicle capabilities, and seniors aged 70 and above will have free access to public transportation. Together, we will strive to make New York the most desirable state to call home.

The management of prisons incurs significant expenses, prompting a need to reevaluate our criminal justice strategy in New York. A substantial reform is anticipated, where incarceration will be considered a last resort, applicable only to serious and violent crimes. For nonviolent offenses, we will implement alternative measures such as house arrest, fines, and community service. While we are moving towards the decriminalization of marijuana, restrictions on public consumption will remain in place. Drug dealers will face imprisonment only after two offenses, except in cases involving minors.

Driving under the influence will be classified as a violent crime with stringent penalties. Additionally, the death penalty will be allowed in instances where a lifelong inmate opts for it following mental health counseling and with the consent of both the judge and the victim's representative.

This transformation aims to decrease our prison population, enabling us to convert facilities into shelters for the homeless and rehabilitation centers. We are committed to addressing homelessness directly while ensuring our justice system operates fairly and without political influence. We will no longer support taxpayer-funded investigations that lack merit.

New York is dedicated to advocating for its residents and this commitment will be further reinforced under my reign. We are implementing significant measures to safeguard employees, ensuring that no one can be dismissed for personal choices made outside of work, including activities on social media. Your freedom of expression is important, and your off-duty conduct is your own concern—unless it violates the law.

Furthermore, we will recognize our esteemed veterans as a protected class in hiring practices, thereby creating numerous job opportunities for all. It is my belief that no individual should experience homelessness in our remarkable state.

Full-time employees who have been employed for at least one year will be granted three paid volunteer days annually, enabling you to contribute to your community while continuing to receive your salary.

We recognize that family is paramount, and we are dedicated to enhancing work-life balance through remote work options. Children grow up quickly, and we want you to savor those precious moments. Together, we aspire to make New York the most desirable state to call home.

New York will stand as a symbol of safety and tranquility. Our commitment is to safeguard our law-abiding citizens and focus on crime reduction. My lieutenant governor will spearhead efforts to enhance the presence of well-trained police in areas with higher crime rates. The notion of defunding the police is off the table; instead, we will increase their funding for improved training and advanced equipment. Those who attack law enforcement will face stringent repercussions. We must RISE ABOVE HATE.

We will deploy security cameras across the state and encourage residents to utilize personal security devices. The quicker we can apprehend criminals, the less likely they are to commit offenses. An increase in license plate readers will assist us in tracking down offenders and ensuring the safety of our children from abductions.

It is essential to leverage technology to secure our schools and public spaces. My lieutenant governor will possess significant expertise in this domain, and together we will establish a volunteer commission to tackle issues related to violence and mental health, setting the stage for impactful legislative changes.

Significant government transparency is set to be implemented. I am dedicated to addressing all policy inquiries, though I will refrain from disclosing personal preferences, such as my favorite ice cream flavor. I will confront challenging questions head-on and will not engage in the politics of avoidance. My administration will prioritize honesty and straightforwardness in all communications.

I am open to interviews with anyone—whether they are supporters, critics, or neutral parties—without any financial obligations involved. There will be no payments for endorsements. Instead, I advocate for charitable donations over political funding.

Upon taking office, I will conduct weekly press conferences where journalists can pose questions selected through a lottery system. Every inquiry is important, and I will respond directly—without a press secretary to act as an intermediary. I am not a politician; I am a person of action. I will confront challenges directly and acknowledge our shortcomings. If I am unable to improve New York, I will step down.

Government operations will mirror a business model—there will be no protection for those who underperform, and we will recognize and celebrate excellence.

If you choose me as your next Governor, transformative changes will be on the horizon for New York. Let us address the issue of paper straws. Who decided that sipping a milkshake should feel like conducting an experiment? We will eliminate them, as we deserve a better experience.

I fully support adoption and am committed to establishing laws and incentives that promote it. By implementing expanded family leave and providing $1,000 financial assistance checks for newborns, we can facilitate family growth. While we will not impose a ban on abortion, we will focus on creating policies that support families and encourage informed choices.

I will prioritize brevity in legislation, signing only bills that are under 100 pages to ensure clarity and transparency. There will be no hidden clauses—just clear governance.

Our Consumer Fair Pricing Initiatives will address exorbitant prices. It is unacceptable for restaurants to charge extra for toppings while not adjusting prices for missing ingredients. Additionally, charging $10 for a hotdog at an event is simply unreasonable. Venues must either permit outside food and beverages or lower their concession prices. We will advocate for fair pricing across the board, including at airports.

We will also take action to regulate car headlights, as the bright LED lights pose a safety risk on our roads.

Interest rates will be limited to 15% for loans and credit cards, with home loans capped at 7% for primary residences. Furthermore, credit card processing fees will be restricted to 2%.

We will put an end to government overreach and advocate for justice for Peanut and all those affected by excessive bureaucracy. The situation involving Peanut serves as a powerful reminder of the risks associated with an overreaching government. We will not tolerate such abuses of power or the misallocation of taxpayer funds in the future.

It is essential to streamline our government workforce, reduce bureaucratic obstacles, and eliminate superfluous regulations. Those who demonstrate competence and productivity can rest assured that their positions are secure. However, we must undertake a thorough review to enhance governmental efficiency, as the current structure is overly expansive to function effectively.

We will abolish the 5-cent bottle deposit and transform recycling into a rewarding initiative rather than a punitive measure. Our focus will be on addressing corporate greed by prohibiting hidden fees and imposing limits on unjust rent hikes and exorbitant prescription drug costs.

To prevent the misuse of police resources, we will impose fines for frivolous non-emergency calls—ensuring taxpayer funds are utilized wisely. Additionally, for parents who experience the tragic loss of an infant under one year old, the state will provide assistance with funeral expenses, alleviating some of the financial strain during such a difficult time.

We will enforce a ZERO VIOLENCE POLICY in our educational institutions, with the expulsion of violent offenders being a firm requirement. Schools must serve as secure environments conducive to learning.

Implementing term limits for political offices is crucial, as prolonged tenures can lead to corruption. I will advocate for an age limit on specific positions to encourage the infusion of new ideas and perspectives.

Your personal data belongs to you. Technology companies will be prohibited from selling your information without your clear and explicit consent, ensuring that such terms are not hidden in fine print. We will strengthen privacy protections to safeguard your personal information.

If the federal government does not take action to combat the food safety crisis, New York will step in. We will prohibit harmful ingredients in processed foods that are already banned in other nations. The health of our children is a priority that we will not compromise.

We will implement "Stand Your Ground" laws, allowing individuals to defend their families and properties without the concern of legal consequences from intruders.

Non-essential cosmetic surgeries, including gender-affirming procedures, will be prohibited for individuals under 18, while medical necessities will remain permissible. Any physician who contravenes this regulation will face the loss of their medical license and be required to provide restitution to the affected minor. We will ensure that no minors are put at risk during my administration. Adults will retain the right to make their own decisions.

I will leverage technology, such as Artificial Intelligence, to enhance government efficiency and reduce costs for taxpayers. We will directly address the issue of college affordability, making education accessible to everyone.

I will close loopholes in squatter laws, safeguard our public beaches from excessive access fees, and prioritize the provision of clean drinking water through strong conservation initiatives. A dedicated legal team will be in place to protect against irresponsible polluters.

Let us reconsider the concept of jury duty by making it optional for those who prefer to opt out, while also providing opportunities for individuals who wish to engage in more frequent service. We will streamline processes that hinder progress and reduce unnecessary regulations.

Regarding voting, I propose to replace mail-in ballots with a secure online voting platform, integrated with your existing New York State Tax and DMV accounts. Each voter will receive a unique confirmation number to guarantee the accuracy of their vote, all while ensuring their privacy is protected.

The current government is often motivated by power rather than the genuine needs of the populace. This will change under my leadership. I represent the interests of all New Yorkers, not just a privileged few. My vision for this state is not influenced by lobbyists or elite groups; it focuses on restoring freedom to the people. As government grows, our freedoms diminish, and I am committed to preventing that from occurring.

Many politicians make grand promises but fail to follow through. I aim to be different. My goal is to bring us together, transcending the divide between red and blue. The current political environment has neglected working-class families in favor of progressive ideologies. I stand for a new Democratic Party—one that emphasizes practical leadership and restores power to the people, rather than allowing it to be concentrated in the hands of the media or the affluent.

If you reside in New York, you are likely aware of the negative effects of misguided policies from Albany. However, we have the power to change this together. I am not seeking your financial contributions; I am asking for your vote. A decisive victory is essential to demonstrate to the establishment that we will not be ignored.
